Each of our museums has many volunteers. We welcome people of all ages and with different kinds of experience to offer.  Each museum has different arrangements and offers different opportunities.

Each of our museums has its own supporters' group.  All three groups are registered charities and all play an important role in the development and running of their museums.

Volunteering with The Waterways Trust
The Waterways Trust, which manages the National Waterways Museum, offers environmental and fundraising volunteering opportunities on the Rochdale Canal, Droitwich Canal, Cotswold Canals and in Scotland on the Lowland Canals.
