Dave Walker will be leading a fender making course, over this weekend. Dave Walker is a long standing member of the International Guild of Knot Tyers, who regularily demonstrates his craft at events all over the canal system.
It is planned that on the Saturday, participants will learn to make a button fender and on the sunday, they will learn how to make a side fender. Splicing and other boat related ropework will also be on the agenda, according to the needs of those attending. Flexibility will be the order of the day.
Fee: £65.00 for both days
£35.00 for one day (either Sat or Sun)
